Live shopping & social media sales primarily feature preloved (pre-worn) clothing with a few new items. When shopping on Facebook and Instagram posts and live sales, all items are in pre-worn, (gently used) condition unless specified as New or 😍NWT😍 (New With Tags).
To get live sale notifications go to this post and comment 'subscribe.' The bot will send a message to your Facebook Messenger inbox.
Once you click on the button 'Get Daily Messages' the bot will message back 'Get Daily Messages.' That's it, you're on the alert list! If you want to double check just send me a message and I'll verify you're added.
The bot will send a direct message to your Instagram or Facebook messenger with the item details and a Checkout button. Items in your cart will expire 3 days after you add them. If you are a 5DDVIP customer and which to hold your cart longer please direct message me.
If the item is out of stock the bot will message you and ask if you want to be added to the waitlist. Click 'Get daily messages' to be notified when the item is back in stock.
All shopping carts expire 24 hrs after you add the item(s). The bot will send you a reminder via direct message 4 hours before your cart expires. Once a cart expires items are automatically offered to anyone on the waitlist or returned to stock.
Click the Checkout button in your Facebook or Instagram inbox for a secure checkout link. You can use your gift cards at checkout.
Orders from live and social media sales ship the next business day after payment is received. Orders paid after 2pm Friday will ship Monday morning.

I ship all paid invoices the second business day. I need one business day to process your order and waitlisted items. You can track your order at anytime using the website chat or opt-in to text message shipping updates when you check out.

If I need to reach you regarding your order I will use email and Instagram/Facebook Messenger. Due to Facebook restrictions on contacting you after 24hrs from initial contact, I may need to reach you from my personal account Felisha Renee. If I am not your current Instagram/Facebook friend my messages may end up in your SPAM or UNKNOWN folder. Please check these folders for any direct messages from me regarding your order.

During a live shopping sale multiple customers are 'bidding' simultaneously to claim an item. If a customer wins an item(s) during a live shopping sale and does not checkout and complete their purchase it negatively impacts sales and the other customer's shopping experience.
Due to repeated 'ghosting' we have to institute a live shopping policy. In the case of a 'ghosted' invoice, I will contact the customer directly. After 3 attempts with no response or if payment is refused the customer will not be able to shop 5DollaDivas live sales without speaking with us directly.
I understand things happen and we all need grace! At the same time we need to respect our commitments to each other as best we can. I work as hard as I'm able to provide good & reliable service and I enjoy it!
