Orders are routinely packaged and shipped within 1 business day. Once your item(s) has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
Shipping to the U.S. is a flat $5 fee. Orders over $35 ship free via USPS First Class Mail or UPS. If you would like to upgrade from free shipping to expedited shipping please contact me so I can provide a quote.
Due to increased online fraudulent activities, especially around the holidays, large orders will be flagged for additional customer verification before shipping. Please ensure your account has updated phone and email information so we can process the verification as quickly as possible.
Items purchased in NEW Unworn condition may be returned. You must have prior authorization for your return before you mail your items back.
To return an item, please notify us within 24 hours upon receipt of the item that you wish to return. The item must be returned to us within 7 days of the initial request to return. Upon receipt of your request to return an item, we will provide you instructions for how to return the item to us. You will be responsible for the return postage.
Please allow us 2 business days after receipt of your item to process your return and inspect your item(s). After inspection of the item, provided it is returned in the same condition in which it was sent, and under the terms described, we will issue a refund to the same method of payment the item was purchased with.
PreLoved Clothing returns are only accepted if items are defective. Please notify us within 24 hours upon receipt of the defective item.
Orders may be cancelled if a request to do so is submitted and acknowledged by us BEFORE the item is shipped. We try to process orders quickly, so your best chance of cancelling your order is by contacting us within one hour of placing the order.
