Orders are routinely packaged and shipped within 1 business. Once your has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. Shipping is calculated by weight. Orders over $55 ship free via USPS First Class Mail. If you would like to upgrade from free shipping to USPS Priority mail please contact me and I will invoice you the difference.
Due to increased online fraudulent activities, especially around the holidays, large orders will be flagged for additional customer verification before shipping. Please ensure your account has updated phone and email information so we can process the verification as quickly as possible.
Items may be returned for a store credit only if the item is defective. To return an item, please notify us within 24 hours upon receipt of the item that you wish to return. The item must be returned to us within 5 days of the initial request to return. Upon receipt of your request to return an item, we will provide instructions for how to return the item to us. If you do not follow the instructions, you will be responsible for the return postage. Upon receipt of the item, provided it is returned in the same condition in which it was sent, and under the terms described, we will issue a refund via store credit or credit the original payment method. We only accept returns if items are defective, once an item has been worn and/or removed from original packaging it will not be accepted for a return.
Orders may be cancelled if a request to do so is submitted and acknowledged by us BEFORE the item is shipped. We try to process orders quickly, so your best chance of cancelling your order is by contacting us within one hour of placing the order.
